Kindly cancel your order before the shipping process. You can cancel the order by going to "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel once you are logged in to your account. Items Cancelled before shipping is fully refundable. However, if you wish to cancel the order after it is shipped, the cancellation after shipping cannot be done.
In case the product received is in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered while delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person and please email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. A fresh replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is Return / exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep.
Return request will only be accepted if raised within 2 days from the shipment has been recieved by the customer and shall not be entertained if raised through our social media handles.
While returning the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or through message). In case of lostshipmentwe will need the proof of return by you.
C.O.D charges are non-refundable.
Refund would be processed within 5-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Jamshedpur.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement
- 1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product.
- 2. If the Product is customized for you (Personalized product).
- 3. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
1. You have to raise an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange the pickup from your doorstep.
2. Once we recieve the product we will do a quality check of it and if it passes our quality check, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note TREEVESTO will arrange for the pickup from your door step.
3. Exchange is not possible if any customization is done to the original product.
4. If you are exchanging the product with a product having higher price we will provide credit same as the product value you are exchanging to your TREEVESTO wallet. you can apply the wallet credit while placing the order and pay for the remaining amount.
5. If you are exchanging the product with a product having lesser price, we will credit the balance amount in your TREEVESTO wallet which you can use for your next purchase with us.
6. C.O.D charges will not be added to the credits we give on wallet.
ITEMS SOLD IN "CLEARANCE SALE" CANNOT BE RETURNED or exchanged.
(defective or mismatched products will be replaced or refund will be made if the product purchased is not in stock.)
