Though rare, if your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and return it to
the delivery person. Simply notify us at admin@treevesto.com or WhatsApp 8797076964 with your
Order ID/Phone number, and we'll delight you with a fresh replacement, at no additional cost!
Exchange:
We strive to ensure your order arrives to you with the correct products and sizes. If, unfortunately,
you receive an incorrect product or size unfit to you, please know that we value your satisfaction.
You may exchange your product within 2 days of delivery.

Your Pickup will be arranged by Treevesto within 2-3 working days of your request.
Exchange is not possible if any customization is done to the original product.
If you are exchanging the product with a product having higher price, we will provide a voucher code
same as the product value you are exchanging. You can apply the code while placing the order and
pay for the remaining amount.
If you are exchanging the product with a product having lesser price, we will credit the balance
amount in your TREEVESTO wallet which you can use for your next purchase with us.
All Products must be unused, unwashed and returned with the original packing & tags when we
receive it.
*In case of a size exchange, if the required size is not available, you can exchange with any other
product or place a refund request which will proceed as refund policy.
Return:
We've poured our heart and soul into crafting ethnic fashion that’s gentle on your wallet with the
best quality fabric, and we genuinely hope you adore your purchase.
But if, for any reason, your order doesn’t meet your expectations, please know that we’ve got you
covered.
Simply return it to us within 2 days of receiving your order. Your happiness is our priority.

Your Pickup will be done in 2-3 working days.
Return request needs to be raised within 2 days from the shipment has been received by the
customer.
All returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and return with the original
packaging and tags when we receive it.
In case, the product does not meet the above conditions, exchange/refund will not be processed and
your order will be sent back to your picked up address.
In case you receive a Damaged / Defective / Wrong / Missing product, we should be notified within
24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email / whatsapp us the video of Damaged / Defective
/ Wrong / Missing product.
Make an opening video of parcel - needed to raise a return / exchange request if required.
ITEMS SOLD IN "CLEARANCE SALE" CANNOT BE RETURNED or exchanged. (Defective or mismatched
products will be replaced or refund will be made if the product purchased is not in stock.)
Refund Policy:
If you cancel the Order, the full amount will be refunded to you includes shipping charges and COD
charges if any.
Mode of Refund:
1. Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the same account from which the order has been
placed. Once we received the product, the amount will be processed in 1-2 working days. Your
money will be reflected in your account in 5-7 working days.
2. COD Orders: The amount will be transferred to the mentioned payment method and details while
placing the Return Request and your amount will be reflected in your account within 7 working days.
